Via our webshop privacy-sensitive data or personal data are processed. Nicom BVBA. considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data are carefully processed and secured.

In our processing, we comply with the requirements of privacy legislation. Among other things, this means that we:

Order fulfillment

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

We keep this information until your order is completed. We retain certain customer data for longer in connection with the legal tax retention obligation.

Your account

Certain areas of our web store require you to register first. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. With that, we create an account, which you can log into with that username and a password of your choosing.

For this we use your profile picture, nickname, payment information, email address, ip address, naw data, billing address, phone number, gender and date of birth. We are required to do this by law. We keep this information until you cancel the account.

We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it out over and over again and so that we can contact you in fulfillment of the agreement. You can edit information through your account whenever you want.

The contact form allows you to ask us questions or make requests.

We need these because of the contract we make with you. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response and six months after that. This allows us to easily pull the information out when we have follow-up questions. It also allows us to train our customer service to become even better.

We offer a newsletter through which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe.
Through your account you can also provide this.

Your e-mail address is automatically added to the list of subscribers. This information will be kept until you cancel the subscription.

We keep statistics about the use of our web store With these statistics we improve our web store to show only relevant information, for example.
